-HOW A REQUEST FOR SERVICE WORKS:
After our initial diagnostics, you will receive a service order request for payment for the parts needed to complete the repairs and return shipping.
Next, you can accept the work order & process your payment, or decline the work order & request the return of your drone.
Send your email request to: sldrpr@skylynedrones.com along with your
1yr or 2 yr policy request, drone model, make, serial number, name address, and phone number.
you will receive an email request for payment, followed by your official certificate of warranty.
